1) How do I order?
You can order on our website, we accept all major credit cards including Debit, American Express or you can call us to place your order over the phone.

A) I didn't get a receipt for my order?
If you didn't receive a receipt for your purchase it is very likely your order didn't go through or you entered an incorrect email address when ordering. We can call you to walk you through the order process or you can try again on our website.

2) How can you sell these so cheap?
We are factory direct. We have a low overhead and pass the savings on to the customer.

3) Are these Brand New Units?
Yes, all items we sell are Brand New in Box, never used unless otherwise noted. We do offer Demo Models from time to time but clearly mark them as Demos if they are not New. If our Website say's it's New then it's New in Box from the Factory!

4) How does the warranty work?
When you purchase your new item you will get a warranty. Should you have any problems with your item in the up to 5 years of owning it we will have you return to us for repair or replacement. Warranty doesn't cover neglect so please be sure to keep cleaned.

5) How long does it take to get my order once I pay?
Orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for delivery depending on the state you live. Fresh Breeze orders can take closer to 2-4 weeks due to the volume of orders we receive for them this time of Year ( Allergy Season )! We appreciate your patience during this time of year!

6) How does the Better Living Air Purifier work?
The Better Living Air Purifier works by using ozone / ionization technology to clean and sanitize the air in your home or place of work. You also get the added benefits of hepa and uv light that will tackle germs, allergens, mold and leave your home smelling fresh and clean like after a thunderstorm.

7) How do you ship?
We ship all orders ( Except Ozone Plates ) Ups Ground unless you live in AK, HI or Canada ( We ship U.S. Mail to these areas ).

8) Will I get an email with tracking details?
Yes if we have them in stock at our wharehouse, Ups will send you a tracking email for your shipment once we have processed and shipped your order. Please be sure to give us a current and correct email address when ordering so you will receive this Ups Tracking email. If we are using drop shipping methods with other suppliers then the customer will not receive a tracking email. They can email 1 week after they have ordered to receive a tracking number should they need one. We try to keep our phone open for orders so please email any questions about your current order status to us and we will reply to your email as soon as possible.
