We Combine Shipping on all orders placed within a 24 hour period or if your first order has not shipped (Weekends).
We Exchange for same item only in the rare event your order arrives defective or damaged. Returns are Handled Via Email

Domestic: Ups Ground Shipping is FREE for our Fresh Breeze and Better Living Air Purifiers as well as our Ozone Plates. We do offer Faster Shipping at an extra cost. Please call us if you need faster shipping on your order and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds

We do not accept returns for our Super Saver and Big Savings Sales. We accept returns within 5 days  for all others.
Item may be returned ( Once You Email Us and We Confirm to Ship it Back ) in the condition received complete with original packaging and parts within 5 days from receipt of the item for a refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee and minus the Shipping Fee we paid to ship the items to you. All Returns must be sent complete with original packaging and all parts included and be free from dirt or show no signs of neglect. If CM Returns an Unreturnable Item we will charge them 40% Restocking Fee and deduct shipping costs accordingly. Please include a note with item that includes your full name, address and order details. We reserve the right to refuse returns that have been damaged by the customer or used heavly during the 5 days ( Smoke Damage ). If item arrives defective or damaged by shipping company we will replace item and reimburse the customer the shipping to ship it back.  We will not accept Returns that are past the 5 day return policy time frame, no exceptions. Cancellations
If you order and then cancel your order we will refund payment in full as long as the order has not been shipped.  If you cancel your order after we have already shipped your order ( You have Not Received ) you will receive a refund minus our shipping costs x2 ( Our Fees We Pay Ups For Shipping Your Order )  and a $30 Processing Fee ( Handling Fee Ect ). We do charge for any bad checks and report any possible fraud. Thank you
